Returns must be approved
by GroundEffex prior to being returned. A Return Authorization
(RA) number will be issued to the original purchaser by
GroundEffex and it must be written on the outside of the
packages being returned.
All returns must be notified to GroundEffex
within 14 days of the original ship date. Any items received
without an RA number written on the box will be refused
and returned to the purchaser at his/her expense.
All returned items must be in unused, unaltered,
unpainted condition along with all the hardware, instruction,
etc. that it came with originally. It is the responsibility
of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size
and application of the parts before installation. Include
a copy of the original invoice with all returned merchandise.
All returns must be sent shipping prepaid.
Any returns sent freight collect will be refused and returned
to the purchaser at his/her expense.
All returnable items must be carefully packed
in original packaging or better if the original packaging
is not in good condition. Purchaser is advised to insure
the returned goods for their full value for his own protection,
since neither GroundEffex nor the shipping company would
be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment.
Refunds will not be issued on returned merchandise
damaged on the way back to GroundEffex. In the event returned
merchandise is damaged, GroundEffex will file a claim with
the carrier and refund the purchaser upon settlement of
the claim. |
