Returns must be approved by GroundEffex prior to being returned. A Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued to the original purchaser by GroundEffex and it must be written on the outside of the packages being returned.

All returns must be notified to GroundEffex within 14 days of the original ship date. Any items received without an RA number written on the box will be refused and returned to the purchaser at his/her expense.

All returned items must be in unused, unaltered, unpainted condition along with all the hardware, instruction, etc. that it came with originally. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of the parts before installation. Include a copy of the original invoice with all returned merchandise.

All returns must be sent shipping prepaid. Any returns sent freight collect will be refused and returned to the purchaser at his/her expense.

All returnable items must be carefully packed in original packaging or better if the original packaging is not in good condition. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his own protection, since neither GroundEffex nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment.

Refunds will not be issued on returned merchandise damaged on the way back to GroundEffex. In the event returned merchandise is damaged, GroundEffex will file a claim with the carrier and refund the purchaser upon settlement of the claim.

GroundEffex is able to offer a large variety of aerodynamic ground effect kits for the simple reason that we have taken the time to carefully chose are distributors and arrange our online catalog. We carry products from many different manufacturers. We have hand picked all the kits in our on line catalog for at least one of the following reasons: uniqueness of style, good quality or superb
value.

Unfortunately not all 3 attributes are present in every kit since the sources for the products that we offer are many and each manufacturer uses different manufacturing techniques and materials.  GroundEffex can not be held responsible if a product does not meet your subjective expectations of what a particular kit has to be. Some of the styles are more aggressive and unique,
such as the full bumper kits or wide body kits made out of fiberglass, which inadvertently result in kits that are more difficult to install and may require many hours of expert customization or modification. Other kits are subtle looking under the bumper style made out of urethane or ABS plastic which again by their nature of design and materials used are much easier to install. All Parts must be installed by a professional who is familiar with the characteristics of aftermarket parts.
